Depending On Dad

God created us as His children, so that we depended on Him as Father. However, a lot of people have decided to rely on themselves or put their trust in other human beings. When we prefer to rely on ourselves or others, we are bound to human limitations. That's why it is important to depend on God, because He sets us free from being tied to people and human limitations, making us worthy of his unlimited power that is always available for those who have made the decision to rely only on God.

Let's Pray For Venezuela

Let's pray "ALL TOGETHER" for Venezuela because what is impossible for people is possible with God. Luke 18:27 NLT

Unanswered

No answer?: If you have not received yet what you've asked God in prayer, it is not because the sky is closed or because God does not hear your prayers. Remember that no sincere prayer to our Heavenly Father has been ignored or not answered. However, God has His time for the fulfillment of His Purpose and He decides when is the best time to give you what you've asked for. Moreover, He knows what is best for His children and sometimes we ask for things that He knows are not good for us, even if we do not understand it. Trust your heavenly Father, rest in Him with faith and you will receive all the blessings God has for you.

Dying To Live

In the physical world, first we are born to live  and then we die. But in the Kingdom of God we must die first,  and then we live. Jesus explains this principle very easy, and yet very deeply, with the example of the seed, which should first fall to the ground and die, so it can germinate and live. God finds important that we learn to know Him and His Kingdom, from His Divine Spiritual Perspective and not from the human perspective of the world.

Help

Who Helps others cannot say it's a good or merciful person. We are only obedient to God when we help others. By nature we are selfish and the least we want to do, is to share what we have with the needy. But if we are obedient, we do what God commands, and then, God touches our hearts and transforms us, giving us prizes that are not earthly but heavenly. Jesus showed us by example that it is better to give than receive.

Treasures

Greed leads us to be slaves to our own appetites, forgetting to enjoy what we have, because all our attention is on what we want to accumulate, regardless of the risk that this produces, whether in our health, family or society. Let us learn from the teachings of our beloved Jesus, when he tells us that we should not set our hearts upon riches, because they are temporary, rather we set our hearts on the treasures of heaven, which are eternal.

Speech or Conversation

Speech or Conversation?: Prayer is not a speech. Many times when we pray, we monopolize the entire conversation with God and do not listen to Him, therefore, rather than a conversation, it becomes a speech and it does not produce the result provided by God. Let's stop talking so much and listen! Let us be silent and let Him speak to us. Then, we will hear a whisper, a gentle voice, a divine urge in our hearts, telling us we have to do something in particular. Prayer is not talk and talk, ask and ask. To pray is enter into communion with God, soaring back to heaven, to converse with God.
